Wow! Mind of the Masons just blew our wee little minds. For the last three weeks, Mind of the Masons has been working on a new series of custom Kidrobot skull heads. Necrotic Skulls! Taking the head from a few well known Kidrobot blanks, in different sizes, and giving them a skull makeover. The end product is an absolutely stunning array of custom pieces.

About the Artists

Joshua Mason

He’s been making art since as long as he can remember, illustrating his Uncle’s book covers in the early 2000’s and in 2009 jumped into the wild world of vinyl customs. Not long after getting his feet wet, he walked away with a category win in Kidrobot’s Munny Munth Contest in 2011, which sealed the deal with his focus for years after.

Since then he’s moved on to work primarily with 2D works of art now focusing on Digital Illustrations, Paintings, Stickers, etc.

Bethany Mason

You could say that this lady started as early as Joshua did in regard to creating works of art. Through her earlier years of schooling she knew that the end goal would be to have a degree in Graphic Design. Straight from high school she attended Colorado State University and then transferred to the Art Institute of Colorado, graduated Magna Cum Laude and walked away with that degree!

Bethany couldn’t ignore her passion for photography though, which is why she is our lead photographer for Mind of the Masons. Her spectrum of artwork spans across many mediums from digital to fine art, making her keen on many forms, styles and techniques.
